CLINT'S

I bought a wholesale cookie manufacturer in Breckenridge, Colorado in 1994, 'Clint's Cookies' on Main St.  I gutted it, put a fun Espresso Bar upstairs, and an exhibition bakery in the lower level. 

Within a year Clint's established itself as the most popular coffee shop in Breck, and its sales comp was 189%.  For the next 4 years sales growth averaged between +13% to +17%.

Clint's changed hands in 2000, and is still in profitable operation today.
